Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more after discounts and before taxes. Shipping costs for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. BARK ’N BERRY is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can assist you. barknberryaz@gmail.com

Doggy ice cream and other refrigerated items are available for in-store purchase or pickup only and cannot be shipped.
