Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Pet shoes may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused, and in resellable condition. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

For out-of-state exchanges on pet shoes, customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the replacement pair.
